Uday Shetty (Nana Patekar), Majnu (Anil Kapoor) and their boss, Sikander (Feroz Khan) are basically three Hong Kong-based serio-comic mobsters, who are keen to get their sister Sanjana (Katrina Kaif) married into a respectable family. Uday, who accidentally meets the handsome bachelor Rajiv (Akshay Kumar), gets convinced that the latter would be an appropriate match for Sanjana . However, Rajiv's uncle, Dr. Ghunghroo (Paresh Rawal) disapproves of Uday's association with a dubious family. Meanwhile, Sanjana, who is totally unaware of her brother's plans, meets Rajiv on a cruise and they fall in love. She has the acceptance of Dr. Ghunghroo, who is unaware of the fact that she is the sister of the mafia. When Dr. Ghunghroo realizes his faux pas, he tries to escape the fury of the brothers. What follows after that, is a commotion of comically funny situations, as each of the diametrically different brothers gets engaged in smart and comic stunts to get their uncle agree to the alliance. The entire plot takes a U-turn when a stunning bombshell (Mallika Sherawat), arrives on the scene and claims to be Rajiv 's fiancée which only adds to the hullabaloo and chaos! Produced by Firoz Nadiadwala and directed by Anees Bazmee, Welcome has music by Himesh Reshammiya/Anand Raj Anand and the movie is slated for December 21 release.

After inconsequential THE FILM and hyper-energetic DIL DOSTI ETC, the effervescently youthful Siddarth-Suhaas is out for improvisations in RAAMA RAAMA KYA HAI DRAMAA (RRKHD), a humor filled comical drama. Pop diva Alisha Chinai’s sweltering hot “Khwabon Se Nikal Ke” proves to be hot cake while “Yeh Faasle” proves to be winning grace for both composer and album. The duo has outgrown to some extent but still is far short from desired ground-breaking results.
“Bol Adnan Bol?” Why such mediocrity? Title track “Rama Rama Kya Hai Dramaa” suffers heavily from “lampoon-giri” as this “fat-to-fit” singer plagiarizes the tunes and rhythms of his hot-shot track “Thodi si lift karade” into hodgepodge of muddled “shayari”. Kumaar’s over the top lyrics are moreover irritating than amusing (Britney ke mathe par bindi, George Bush ki mami Sindhi…) and even hip-hop sounds too harshly implanted. Siddarth-Suhaas should stick to their normal stuff (“Dum Laaga” (DIL DOSTI ETC)) or try something innovatively striking to strike chord with pop genre. Even the pulsating and rip-roaring remix version fails to pump up adrenaline and simply adds to the credits of the album.
Siddarth-Suhaas goes Pritam’s way altogether in “Dekha Tujhe Sau Martaba”, a perky solo track by Pritam with all sufficient ingredients of trendy rock ballad. KK re-performs his most impulsive track “Kya Mujhe Pyar Hai” (WOH LAMHE) into similar chorals, sounding arrangements and orchestrations with modestly penned wordings to deliver an above average track. Do expect sparks flowing in its remix version with energized DJ scratches and beat juggling taking over with bouncy resonating impacts.
After some rollicking stuff in chartbusting “It’s Rocking” (KYA LOVE STORY HAI), pop diva Alisha Chinai lifts the credentials of the album with “retro” feel Indi-Pop number “Khwabon Se Nikal Ke”. This sublime “n” transcendentally supple track has archetypal 70’s sluggish harmonic feel with sitar notes, trumpets tones, piano trills and guitar riffs getting into the groove. The track has strong feminine binge of Alisha sensuous baritones while Siddarth-Suhaas shows great signs of growth and variation in promising way.
Fresh talent Khushboo Jain sparkles off with another hot “n” happening feminine track “Laija Laija” with spicy wordings and raunchy musical works to boast off a competent “item song” for this inanely packed humor drama. Khushboo’s svelte and imposing overtones impress but the arrangements aren’t catchy to offer anything promising for listeners. The over repetition of “Mujhe tu Laija Laija…” intermittently in interludes followed by loud shrieking shouts are outrageously disturbing. The remix version has seductive intimidating appeal where sluggishly punched disco beats fillers along with snazzy hip-hop adds more spice and thrill to the show.

Taare Zameen Par

Taare Zameen Par (English: Stars on Earth) to be directed by debutant director Aamir Khancreative director and writer of the film. It will star Aamir Khan in the main lead who will be playing the teacher to a dyslexic child played by Darsheel Safary.Also produced by Aamir, the film will have music by the trio, Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy with lyrics by Prasoon Joshi. A small part of the film was recently shot near the New Era High School in Panchgani. The film is expected to release on December 21, 2007.

What does an eighteen year old guy in college really want? Dil Dosti Etc is a fresh and unabashed look at how young men of today think and choose to live their lives. Dil Dosti Etc is set around students in Delhi University. Through two university hostellers, Apurv (Imaad Shah), a rich, cosmopolitan guy and, Sanjay Mishra (Shreyas Talpade), an old-fashioned Bihari guy, the film juxtaposes the 'new/ liberal' and the 'old/ conservative' in our society.

Sanjay is an ambitious and focused student-politician in Delhi. He represents the romantic and the idealist who steadfastly pursues his political goals. On the other hand, Apurv's life is directionless. With the abundance of time and money in hand, he searches for meaning in life through amorous escapades with various girls.

The three female leads - that of a prostitute (Smriti Mishra), a school girl and a rich model, provide a myriad of social and emotional backdrops to the film. Vaisali (Smriti Mishra) plays an attractive but sharp-tongued prostitute. She claims never to get emotionally attached to her customers. Then there is the precocious school girl Kintu (Ishitta Sharrma), who coquettishly remains noncommittal to Apurv's flirtations and plays hard to get. Prerna (Nikita Anand) is the rich South Delhi babe who aspires to become an international model, and yet finds herself attracted to the earthy and charismatic student-politician, Sanjay.

Dil Dosti Etc uses a rich ensemble of characters, stories and themes to explore the very nature of friendship, male bonding, voyeurism, sexual perversion, love and betrayal. The film, based on an original screenplay, is full with realism and black humour and shows the coming of age of not only a young man but also explores the ambiguities and pre-occupations of an entire generation.

GOAL is a story of hope.
A football club named Southall United is going through a major crisis. The team has no stars, no sponsors, no spectators and not even a coach. Yet, it is hopeful that it will win the cup this time.The head of the city council, Anne, collaborates with Johnny Patel, a sports commentator, to acquire the large tract of land that is with the club.
Together, they threaten the club to take the land taken from them, unless things change and they perform better . Their biggest hope is that the team will lose once more and they will have the land.
The owner of the club,Sir Devi Dayal Dhariwal, hopes to save the land from the greed of Anne and Johnny Patel.
Hanif, the captain of Southall United, hopes to bring in a celebrated ex-player to coach them and train them to save the day.And then, there is Sunny Bhasin (John Abraham) who hopes to become a member of a top team and play first division football - a dream every aspiring British footballer yearns for.
Will the coach manage to train his team to win the match their last hope? Will Sunny manage to become a part of this team? Will the club win the title and be able retain the ground?

The plot of No Smoking revolves around the character named K who is a chain smoker.K is very much addicted to smoking and is not ready to leave it at any cost.But oneday his wife Anjali (Ayesha Takia) manages to convince him to meet a man named Baba Bengali, Sealdahwale.
Baba Bengali, Sealdahwale is a mysterious character who runs a rehabilitation hub and help people come out of their addictions.
K meets him and agrees to sign a freezed contract. The contract is called ‘Freezed’ because once agreed upon, one can’t come out of it. But soon, K realises the power of the contract and understands that it was not a very wise decision to sign the contract.He challenges Baba's contract but finds himself entangled in a smoky game between the self-assumed all-knowing gatekeeper of the netherworld and an innocent.
Now, there is only one way of his escape from the hands of Baba and that only way is the completion of the contract.
What’s in store for K? Is his wife involved in these smoky game? Will K ultimately manage to come out of this game?
